Our textile dyeing company is currently hiring. We are seeking a person who has strong work ethic, is highly reliable, meticulous by nature, organized, and most important of high moral character.


You do not need to have any experience; we will train you one hundred percent how to perform the highly technical functions of our operation. 


Knowing how to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.

What Qualifies You:


  • You are punctual and highly reliable. It bothers you to be late.
  • Position requires excellent color vision.
  • No allergies to dyes.
  • Work with minimal supervision. Detail oriented. Good organizational skills.
  • Must understand and use basic math - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, ratios, and percentages with calculator.
  • Must be able to read labels and follow written and verbal operating instructions.
  • Must be able to effectively use a computer.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members.

What You Will Do: 


  • Candidate will be responsible for arriving at work at 7 am so factory can start processing orders at 8 am.  Punctuality and reliability are mandatory, tardiness will not be tolerated.
  • Create dye recipes using state of the art color matching software. (Will train)
  • Track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. (Will train)
  • Label fabric samples to be sent to customer for approval. Update system with customer comments. Submit approved colors to accounting for billing. Track approval/rejection rate. (Will train)
  • Create packing lists for daily delivery to customer. (Will train)
  • Inventory and order office and factory supplies. (Will train)
  • Be willing to take on additional tasks if required.
